The 37-year-old Love On Top singer, who reportedly has $355m in the bank, was spotted browsing the aisles of US budget supermarket Target in Westwood, LA, on Monday, to the excitement of fans.
Looking effortlessly stylish in a floating orange jumpsuit and white cats eye sunglasses, Beyonce seemed relaxed as she surveyed the shelves on her daughter Blue Ivy's seventh birthday.
The mum of three teamed her designer ensemble with a pair of high heels and kept her hair natural as it fell behind her in loose waves.
Beyonce's assistant followed behind her pushing her trolley, although it is unknown what she purchased at the store.
As snaps of the Drunk In Love singer soon went viral, fans rushed to tweet with excitement about her rare public appearance.
"Wait did beyonce shop at my target WTF," one US fan wrote, while another added: "Beyonce's target run look is everything".
Plus, even the singer's showbiz pal Chrissy Teigen commented on the viral picture, re-posting it to her 10.7 million followers and sneakily plugging the kitchenware line she launched alongside the store in September.
“Beyonce you are so silly, I can just send you my new knives!!” she wrote.
This isn't the first time Beyonce has shocked the world by heading on a public shopping trip, as Jay-Z's wife was also spotted at a Walmart back in 2013.
