Meghan, 37, who is expecting her first child with Prince Harry at the end of April, was seen exiting the city's Mark Hotel, where her celebrations were held in the stunning $75,000(£57,500) a-night penthouse ahead of her flight home.
And eagle-eyed fans quickly spotted a new edition to her casual ensemble, in the form of a delicate 18-carat gold 'mommy' necklace.
It is the first time the pregnant duchess has been seen wearing the piece of jewellery, a sweet tribute to her new status, leading to suggestions it could have been one of her baby shower gifts.
However the handcrafted necklace doesn't come cheap, and retails at an eye-watering $850 (£650), by designer Jennifer Meyer.
