Beyonce Shares Behind The Scenes Snaps Of Husband's Family Feud Music Video

She's featured in her husband Jay Z's music video for Family Feud. And on Friday, Beyonce shared behind the scenes pictures from the recently released music video.

The 36-year-old posted a series of images from the set of herself as well as with Jay Z. The mother of three flaunted her cleavage in a navy gown, complete with a chunky belt.

Their daughter Blue Ivy also makes an appearance on Beyonce's Instagram; the five-year-old posed with dad Jay Z.

Jay Z, 48, used his words to confess his undying devotion to his family during his star-studded music video for his latest song Family Feud.


The music video was released on his streaming service Tidal on Friday afternoon.

The nearly eight-minute video directed by Ava DuVernay spans between 400 years.

It features appearances by Beyonce, Blue Ivy, Mindy Kaling, Michael B. Jordan and Thandie Newton, to name a few.

Don’t Bother Nigerians With New Year Message, PDP Tells APC

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), yesterday, admonished the  Federal Government not to bother sending New Year message to Nigerians on January 1, 2018.

PDP in a statement issued by its National Publicity Secretary, Kola Ologbondiyan, said this is because the current administration led by the All Progressives Congress (APC) has not fulfilled any of the promises contained in previous New Years’ messages since its assumption of office.

It noted that it will be the height of callousness for the ruling party and the government to “spew another round of propaganda and false hope in the name of new year messages.”

According to the opposition party, though Nigerians are very patient people, they are “ tired of APC’s incompetence, lies and endless propaganda.”


The PDP said what Nigerians are eagerly waiting for is the farewell address of the APC administration in 2019.

The statement read: “ Every New Year, since 2016, the APC and its Federal Government have been reeling out heaps of promises which they had no intentions to fulfill. Now they are warming up to reel out fresh ones in January 2018.

“What is the need of a New Year message from APC Government when it would be replete with propaganda?  What is the need of their yearly assurances when the only thing we see is an arrogant and incompetent government plunging the nation into economic recession and visiting the citizens with the worst forms of untold hardship.”

Yusuf's Bike Crash: Aisha Buhari Collapses, Placed On Bed Rest

Nigeria’s First Lady and wife of the President, Aisha Buhari, who was in Adamawa when the news of her son’s bike crash came, collapsed and had to be placed on bed rest at Cedacrest Hospital, Abuja.

Yusuf Buhari, had a bike crash Tuesday night, around Gwarimpa in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja and broke his head and one of his limbs.

 Before the scary incident, he was reportedly trying to overtake his friend when he suddenly skidded off the road and, in the process, hit his head and limb on the hard surface. He lay there unconscious for a while before being rushed to the hospital.


A family source said that the First Lady was immediately alerted and had to rush back from Adamawa. But a top government source disclosed that on getting to Cedacrest Hospital, Abuja, she was prevented from seeing her son because of the severity of the accident.

 That led her to conclude that he had died, and collapsed and had to be revived and placed on bed rest.

The Director of Information to the wife of the President, Suleiman Haruna, however denied that his principal, collapsed or on bed rest in the hospital. The media aide, who described the report as wicked, said Mrs. Buhari was by her son’s bedside like any concerned mother will do and there was nothing wrong with that.

He urged Nigerians to ignore the report as it is false.

Security remains tight inside and around Ceda-Crest Hospital where the First Lady and her injured son,Yusuf are on admission.

A visit by Saturday Sun to the hospital, showed that personnel from different security agencies have been strategically stationed to protect the V.I.P patients.
However, despite the presence of four vehicles filled by policemen, two men of the Department of State Security (DSS) and one Toyoya Hilux containing personnel of the Nigeria Civil Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), friends and family of the Buharis have continued to throng the hospital.

In the meantime, the management of the hospital has continued to maintain sealed lips on the progress of the First Lady and her son.

No statement has been issued on their state of health. This is even as calls made to the line of the Chief Medical Director of Ceda-Crest, Dr. Felix Ogedegbe by Saturday Sun rang for sometime being going into voice mail.

Dignitaries and top government functionaries including the Senate President, Bukola Saraki and his wife Toyin, some governors, ministers have visited the hospital.

President Muhammadu Buhari was said to have visited his son at the hospital on Wednesday night and expressed displeasure with the security operatives in charge of the presidential villa for allowing Yusuf to leave home at 8pm on Tuesday for power-bike racing.

In a related development, the President was joined by the Nasarawa State Governor, Tanko Al-Makura, Minister of Education, Adamu Adamu, and the Group Managing Director of NNPC, Dr. Maikanti Baru, to pray for the quick recovery of Yusuf.

 We were having the production when the door opened and this lady walked in and said sorry, we are ready. When she walked in I said excuse me ladies and gentlemen, this is the lady I am going to marry. You know bodies can attract and bodies can repel. I saw her and I was attracted. I am not an impulsive person. I did not just say come. I had to struggle to get her. She was stunned even though she gave me up and down. (laughter).

Your union is a testament to how celebrities should handle their marriage. We have seen a lot of stories about breakups and it is saddening. Is it that actors and actresses can’t make good homes?

No, quite frankly, let me tell you what. I don’t encourage people to think that way. It is virtually in all professions, in all offices whereever you have women and men together. Even if you don’t hear it, we have a lot of divorces in all other sectors. For the fact that you don’t hear it in other sectors like banking or in the oil sector, as oily as it is, does not mean it is not happening. It is in all offices where we have men and women.

What is the secret to your successful marriage?

It is the grace of God. And you must learn to be patient and above all, learn to be friends. She is your friend, your lover; she is not your slave. You don’t do that to a woman. You don’t intimidate her. If she is your friend, you will be tender. When a friend is involved you are tender.

Vin Diesel Tops Forbes List Of 2017’s Top-Grossing Actors

Vin Diesel has been named the top-grossing actor of 2017 by Forbes. His global ticketing receipts were listed at $1.6 billion, largely in part to being the face of the “Fast and the Furious” franchise.

Its eighth installment, “Fate of the Furious,” released in April 2017 and topped $1.2 billion at the international box office. The film also boosted Dwayne Johnson to the No. 2 spot, with a gross of $1.5 billion. This year, Johnson also starred in “Baywatch” and the recently released “Jumani: Welcome to the Jungle.”

“Wonder Woman” star Gal Gadot came in at No. 3 with $1.4 billion gross, while Emma Watson followed close behind at $1.3 billion.

School Bus Conductor Held For Sexually Assaulting 6-Year-Old Girl

A 21-year-old man working as a bus conductor in a private school was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a six-year-old girl in a school bus in south Delhi's Vasant Vihar.

DCP (southwest) Milind Dumbere said that the incident was reported on December 13 and the accused, Mohammad Ehsan, has been arrested under Section 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty) of the IPC and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Police officers said they were informed about the incident by the school management. As per the cops, the incident occurred when the kids were boarding the bus to go home.

 After the six-year-old boarded the bus, the accused came to where she was sitting, allegedly hugged her and started touching her back, even as other children were boarding the bus.


A teacher who travels in the same bus was informed by the kids about the incident when she boarded the bus. The girl also nodded when the teacher asked her following which the bus was stopped from leaving.

The teacher then reported the incident to members of the school management and the transportation in-charge who confronted Ehsan and allegedly slapped him. He was subsequently taken to an empty room and locked there.

The management then informed the girl's parents who arrived at the school. The girl narrated the sequence of events following which the parents, along with the school management, went to police to get the case registered against the accused.

 Police officers said the accused is a native of Hardoi district in Uttar Pradesh and they are checking if he has a criminal record. Cops are also ascertaining if the accused had assaulted any other kid in the past. He has been sent to judicial custody.

The girl's family refused to allow her medical examination. She's reportedly traumatised after the incident and is being counselled by psychologists.

Hoodlums Hijack Rice Sent To Kogi Workers By National Assembly

Hoodlums yet to be identified have vandalised the first consignment of 220 bags of rice sent to Kogi State by members of the National Assembly for workers.

A statement signed Vice Chairman of Nigerian Labour Congress, Kogi State Chapter, Comrade Meliga Obaka, made available to newsmen in  Lokoja on Friday (yesterday) condemned in totality the attitude of the hoodlums that vandalised the consignment.

The union also debunked claims that Union leaders were part of the agreement for the payment of percentage salaries to the state and local government workers .


Obaka said,  “The first consignment of 220 bags of rice was still in the truck that brought it to Lokoja at the old market when hoodlums invaded the area and looted the rice.”

He described the occurrence as very unfortunate and called on the law enforcement agencies to bring the perpetrators to justice.

‘D’banj Was Not Paid A Dime To Perform With Don Jazzy’

After long years of hiatus as a group since their fallout in 2012, former Mo’ Hits Records label stars: D’banj, Wande Coal, Don Jazzy, D’prince, Dr. Sid and K Switch, came together to deliver what can be described as an epic performance during Davido’s ‘30 Billion Concert’.

The group went on to perform some of their biggest hits, including ‘Booty Call’, ‘Close to You’, ‘Pere’ and a handful of others; to which the audience boisterously sang along to. The group’s former boss, Don Jazzy, could be seen performing as well.

But since the stage performance, some people have speculated that the only way D’banj and Don Jazzy would have shared a stage is if money was involved. However, when Saturday Beats reached out to D’banj’s camp, his manager, Frank, revealed how Davido made the feat possible.


Frank said, “Let us not get things twisted, not a dime exchanged hands for any reason. The entire performance was not motivated by money at all. It was Davido’s initiative, he wanted it to happen at his show so he went for it and he got what he wanted.

 He spoke to all of the former Mo’Hits crew members individually, they saw his point and they granted his request. Davido is a good kid, he spoke to every member of the Mo’Hits crew. He thought about having a Mo’Hits reunion at his show and he got it.

“It was an exciting show and D’banj loved the performance. Davido made the request that they do a reunion at his show and D’banj simply honoured his request.

He wanted the Mo’Hits crew to perform at his show because they were people he looked up to before his career started. He made a request and they all agreed that it could be done. Before the performance, everybody was backstage having fun and when they were through with the performance, they all went to the green room and the atmosphere was a lovely one. I was there with them and if you had the opportunity to have seen them bond, you would not have even believed that they ever broke up. There was no awkwardness at all. It was the same ambiance that surrounded them when they were still Mo’Hits.”

Pictured! 67-Year-Old American Posing As Nigerian Prince Arrested For Fraud

A 67-year-old American advance fee fraudster Michael Neu posing as a Nigerian prince has been arrested by the police in Louisiana.

He was said to have duped hundreds of people across America using emails. Police said he faces 269 counts of wire fraud and money laundering following an 18-month investigation.

Police in Slidell, Louisiana, say they finally caught up with one of the people behind some of those emails. He’s not exactly Nigerian royalty, either, police wrote in a Facebook post.

According to The Sacramento Bee anyone with an email address has likely gotten a message from the so-called Nigerian prince or two offering hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of dollars in secret inheritances or, in some cases, payment for assistance laundering ill-gotten gains from mining conglomerates or royal treasuries.


In these scams, the supposed Nigerian prince (or other official) asks for the person’s personal banking information in order to speed the transfer of the purported inheritance or temporarily hold the allegedly pilfered funds. The information can then be used to withdraw funds from the victim’s accounts.

While Neu might lack a royal title, at least some of the money obtained in his scams did go to co-conspirators in Nigeria, police wrote. Investigators are continuing to untangle Neu’s web of scams, but many other leads also connect to people outside the U.S., the post says.

Police noted that while these kinds of emails are laughable to many people, authorities report millions of dollars in losses to such scams each year.

“If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is,” said Police Chief Randy Fandal in the Facebook post. “Never give out personal information over the phone, through e-mail, cash checks for other individuals, or wire large amounts of money to someone you don’t know. 99.9 percent of the time, it’s a scam.”

Law enforcement agencies across the nation also are warning people of calls from scammers purporting to be police or court officials demanding payment via phone of bogus fines or warrants. Another version involves scammers claiming to be jailed relatives pleading for bail money, often targeting older people.
