Couple Accused Of Having S-x At Domino's Arrive Court Charged With Outraging Public Decency

A couple charged over allegedly having sex while waiting for pizza in a Domino's outlet have arrived at court to face trial.

Danielle Hirst, 28 and Craig Smith, 31, ordered a 12-inch pepperoni stuffed crust pizza in February when they allegedly carried out the sexual act in public.

A trial at Scarborough Magistrates' Court is set to begin today. CCTV footage of the alleged incident in February this year went viral on the internet.

Police began investigating the couple after CCTV footage of the alleged incident went viral online.


If they are found guilty, they could face up to six months in prison or a fine.

Hirst and Smith, from Bridlington, East Yorkshire, were charged with "committing an act outraging public decency by behaving in an indecent manner".

Both defendants were granted bail during an appearance in July.
