You earlier read today that one of the conveners of Resume Or Resign protest, Charly Boy has sued the Nigerian Police for N500m, but what you didn't see were court photos. You know Charly Boy won't just sue and sit back and ask his lawyer to be in court without him? At least for the few first sittings. So Baba was in court too and his ever supporting partner, Deji Adeyanju (a.k.a fear nobody and at the same time gentle and calm) was their to support Charly.

Charly Boy's lawyer Mr. Inibehe Effiong is asking the court to determine whether the use of teargas canisters, water cannon and wild police dogs by the agents and officers of the Respondent to attack, harass and disperse the Applicant during a peaceful demonstration at the Unity Fountain in Maitama, Abuja on Tuesday, 8th August, 2017 is not unjustifiable, illegal, unconstitutional and a breach of the Applicant’s fundamental rights to the dignity of the human person, freedom of expression, peaceful assembly and association among others.
