A young thief on Saturday met his waterloo at Ugbeyiyi, Sapele, Delta State after he snatched a phone from the hands of a lady. The lady who couldn’t chase him screamed for help and soldiers on ground went after the little thief. He was caught and made to kneel before his photos were taken and the phone handed back to the lady.
