Harry Styles paid tribute to the Manchester Arena bombing victims as he performed at the same venue on Monday, 11 months after the attack.

The former One Direction star, 24, has been performing Ariana Grande's song Just A Little Bit Of Your Heart on his tour, but opened the song during his Northern leg by paying an emotional homage to the 23 people who were killed during the songstress' concert last year.

Addressing the arena, Harry asked his fans to join in as he explained: 'I stand with you, Manchester.'

Before performing the track - which he co-wrote with Ariana for her My Everything album, the star said: 'I grew up coming to my first concerts in this room, I love this room.

'The next song that we're going to play for you a few years ago, and I gave it to a singer called Ariana Grande.

'She sang it a few times, and now we're going to do our version of it for you - and if you can find some way to join in please do so. I stand with you, Manchester.'

In May 2017, after Ariana performed at Manchester Arena, Salman Abedi detonated a homemade explosive device, killing 23 people and injuring over 500, 59 of which were hospitalised.
