A worried husband started filming when his disabled wife was approached by an officer in the car park of their local Morrisons supermarket.
The footage shows the employee accuse Leonora Brace of littering in the Wirral car park before she dramatically drops to the ground while he carries on writing down the couple’s details, Liverpool Echo reports .
This footage was captured by John Brace when an officer from the controversial enforcement firm Kingdom - who have contracts to operate in Liverpool and Wirral - approached the pair.
As the footage shows, Mrs Brace then appears to suddenly collapse onto the concrete, with her husband stating that it is a ‘circulation issue’.
The Kingdom officer asks Mrs Brace if she needs an ambulance or a hand getting up, but she continues to sit on the floor.
Shortly afterwards, the Kingdom officer continues with his questions - asking Mrs Brace for her details as he proceeds to issue the litter ticket.
This happens as Mrs Brace asks her husband to bring her some ice as she says she has been injured during the fall.
After sending the footage to Kingdom, the company has said it has now cancelled the fine and has issued an apology to Mrs Brace.
