He was aged 85. Justice Akanbi was also former President of the Court of Appeal and the first Wakili of Ilorin.

He died in the early hours of Sunday at a private hospital in Ilorin, Kwara State. after a brief illness.
He was aged 85. Justice Akanbi was also former President of the Court of Appeal and the first Wakili of Ilorin.
