The unnamed student's parents have bought her a mansion to live in during her four years at St Andews University in Scotland.
She will be accompanied by a 12-strong entourage of servants including a maid, butler, housekeeper, gardener, three footmen, private chef and chauffeur.
An advert for the positions was posted to recruitment agency Silver Swan, reported The Sun.
It read: 'The family are very formal so want experienced staff.'
The butler's job will be to oversee the team while the footmen serve meals and lay the table for the fresher.
An advert for the maid said the family were looking for 'an outgoing, cheerful and energetic personality'.
The job includes 'waking principal up, liaising with other staff regarding routine and schedule, assisting with grooming, wardrobe management and personal shopping'.
The staff, who are expected to open doors 'wherever possible' for the student, will reportedly be paid about £30,000 a year.
