The man who is suspected to be a ritualist pretended as if he was mad when his moves where carefully studied by some vigilante men, who later stopped and questioned him.
Shortly after he was nabbed,a woman identified him as Mr Obinna.She said they had attended the same secondary school in the community.
It was later revealed that, the mad man parked his car at Ahoada, a community sharing boundary with Elele Alimini before disguising into the community as a mad man.
