Former TOWIE star Kate and ex-footballer Rio married in September last year - and now she is expecting.
The England legend has Lorenz, 13, Tate, 11, and eight-year-old Tia with his late wife Rebecca, who tragically died of breast cancer in 2015.
Now he is planning for another new arrival with Kate taking to Instragram to show her bump is getting bigger and bigger.
The 29-year-old looked sensational in her polka ruffled dress and told her 1.3million followers: "Happy Father’s Day to you @rioferdy5 - you are the best daddy to Lorenz, Tate & Tia ....(& Ronnie!)
"Can’t wait for our next chapter. Let’s celebrate you today."
