Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have reportedly been facing some marital speed bumps in recent months.

The pair, who tied the knot in 2014, have lived much of their private life in public throughout their six-year marriage, welcoming four beautiful kids along the way.

But much like most marriages, it's not all been sunshine and rainbows during the uber-famous couple's time together.

And although Kim lives her private life in public unapologetically, the same can't be said for her hubby.

The difference in personalities has caused many disagreements and tiffs between the two, and we look back at some of their most memorable ones.

Trouble in (lockdown) paradise?

The pair have reportedly been 'at each others throats' during the ongoing lockdown.

As a result of their bickering, the makeup mogul and rapper have been staying at opposite ends of their luxe LA house to avoid further conflict.

As a result of the lockdown, Kanye is reportedly focusing on his artistic projects while Kim has been loaded with the majority of parenting duties.

As well as caring for her four young children - North, six, Saint, four, Chicago, two, and 11-month-old Psalm - Kim is trying to study for law school and also run several business endevours.

The celebrity couple's rumoured feuding comes after reports that they were spending time apart while Kim tried to focus on business projects away from their four children.

Expanding their brood

Kanye once said he wanted to have seven children with his Keeping Up With The Kardashians star wife.

It was during a meeting with Yoweri K. Museveni, the president of Uganda, in 2018, that the rapper made the confession.

When asked how many children he had, he said he had three, which he did at the time.

Kim had her first two children naturally but struggled through tough pregnancies both times with a number of health issues.

They had their third and fourth babies via surrogate.

Kanye, who was in Africa working on his album, then told the president: "I would like to have seven."

The camera panned to Kim, who shook her head as she said: "I would not like to have seven."

Kim's Met Gala dress

It was last year when Kim stunned in a custom couture Mugler dress that made her waist look impossibly tiny.

But the star was unable to wear the original sketch designed by Thierry Mugler, due to Kanye thinking it was far too skimpy for his liking.

A last-minute change had to be made to the custom gown to keep Kanye happy, causing a disagreement between the pair.

Kim wasn't happy with his 11th hour criticisms.

She said: "So the night before the Met, you're gonna come in here and say that you're not into a corset bust? I'm getting really bad anxiety. What are you talking about?

"I don't need any more negative energy for you to now say that you're not into me in a tight dress."
Kanye fired back: "You are my wife, and it affects me when pictures are too sexy."

Despite the fact it took eight months to make, it had to have an extra small detail changed at the last minute in order to please her born-again husband and his Christian beliefs - as he wanted his wife to cover her nipples.

His new beliefs caused a stir around the sexiness of the dress, which featured a Latex corset and beaded crystals hanging off her body to simulate drops of water.

Kim told The Real talk show last year: "Well, the dress initially, since I was wet coming out of the water, there were nipples attached to it.

"I think with editing I don't know, I'm not sure if we actually put that part into that fight.

"So, he was really certain that he didn't want that on the dress and had mentioned it multiple times. And that was still on there so we did have that discussion."

Conflict over privacy

The pair have had a constant push/pull with fame.

It's no secret that Kim is happy for her private life to play out in front of the camera, but Kanye shares different opinions.

The reality TV star previously revealed to Fabulous magazine: "We live different lives, but I love being open. That’s who I've always been. That will never change because that is who I am.

"I'm definitely more of a recluse since I was pregnant. But I haven't necessarily decided to hold myself back, it's just preparing myself for respecting the privacy of Kanye."

Kim previously revealed that Kanye set some strict rules when they first started dating.

She said her hubby even banned mobile phones from meals out.

Speaking in a Q&A session with Paper magazine, she said: "When we first started dating it was rude if we brought our phones with us out, so l learned from him not to bring my phone."

She also said that at their wedding they asked people not to bring their phones so they could be "enjoy the moment".

She added: "During our wedding we asked that everyone - not for privacy reasons but just for everyone to live and enjoy the moment - to leave our phones and everyone called us afterwards and said it was the best thing they've ever done."

She also said that they would spend half their time at dinner taking pictures, but now they've put a stop to that.
