Andrew Turley, 30, who lived in Harris County, Texas was convicted for trafficking his own daughter and compelling prostitution of someone under the age of 18.
Turley is reported to have posted an advertisement on Craigslist in 2015 under the heading "Play with Daddie's Little Girl".
Exchanging emails with undercover police officers, Turley offered his daughter up for sex.
He wrote that he had a girl "younger than 10" to whom he would give "sleep meds", the Houston Chronicle reports.
Turley told undercover officers he charged $1,000 for two hours with his daughter.
Sickeningly he also said that she was "too young for intercourse but everything else was OK."
Turley was caught by a police sting - where police say him count the cash before leading a man to a bedroom where his daughter was lying "under the influence of an unknown substance," the police said in a statement.
"This case broke my heart," said Prosecutor Stewanna Miskell.
"A father is supposed to be a protector not a predator. Jurors saw the need to keep him out of our community.
Turley received a 30-year sentence for each charge to be served consecutively.
