And photos from the inside of Khloe Kardashian's £1.5m home have shown the world just what Tristan's mistakes have cost him.
The 33-year-old reality star - who has been taking care of her new baby True on her own in the sprawling property according to People - has allegedly given the athlete his marching orders, sending him away from the contemporary glass and brick household - which boasts a stunning marble and slate kitchen, views of the neighbouring lake Erie and a wine cellar.
Tristan - who has been accused of romancing at least five different women - has been staying in an apartment near Cleveland.
This means the luxuries of Khloe's house have been denied to him.
He misses out on a stunning four storey abode, built with striking grey brick and crystalline blue glass.
Each room is airily lit - glass being a major feature, several windows in every room.
The open-plan kitchen features connected islands in wood and marble, slate floors and leads into an adjacent seating area which features a fireplace, TV space and a dining table.
There's another dining table-cum-lounge in another section of the house, with stunning maple flooring and a terrace that looks out over the lake.
The multiple layers of the home are accessed via an urban fire-escape-inspired central staircase.
And in the top of the house, in the roof, is a self-contained apartment - clearly too close to home for Tristan to reside in while the couple iron out their differences.
Khloe has had several visitors since the bad news broke concerning Tristan, including her mother Kris Jenner, and sisters Kim, 37, and Kourtney, 39.
And it is believed that her best friend Malika Haqq has been there too and possibly has remained by her side. It is not known if Khloe has a nanny with her.
According to UsWeekly, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star may take Tristan back as he has been very 'remorseful.'
The athlete has been face-to-face with Khloe since the scandal broke.
He has been able to see their new baby girl True, who was born on April 12, as Khloe allowed him in the delivery room so he could bond with the baby soon after she was born.
It's unclear if Tristan has been allowed to see Khloe and the baby since then.
The UsWeekly source added that for now, Khloe is staying in Cleveland because she wants to take some special time to bond with True.
