'The family is trying to make sure they eliminate all distractions and want her to be focusing on her health right now.
The pop star was forced to scrap her remaining shows in Mexico and South America as she will be 'in treatment for a lengthy period of time' according to TMZ.
The Skyscraper warbler was scheduled for performances on September 20 and 22 in Mexico.
And she also canned a 6-city tour in Chile, Argentina and Brazil slated for November.
