The make-up mogul's pregnancy remains one of the best kept secrets in showbiz, with the reality star only being caught on camera a handful of times in nine months.
Insisting the lead up to giving birth in February was 'crazy', the Keeping Up With The Kardashian star admitted it was a very 'emotionally' turbulent time for her.
Kylie also confessed she wasn't prepared to become a mother for the first time with her beau Travis Scott at the tender age of 20.
She told VOGUE Australia: 'I knew that it would be better for us, if me and Stormi just stayed kind of low-key.
'Your hormones are going crazy and your emotions are more heightened, and I just felt like I wasn’t prepared to… I just knew that it would be better for me, and I could enjoy the whole experience if I did it privately.
'I just felt like it was a sacred special moment and I wasn’t ready to share it with everybody. I just wanted to keep that to myself.'
Kylie went to great lengths to keep her pregnancy quiet, with her famous sisters even joking she was the 'new' Rob Kardashian as they branded her 'reclusive'.
Before her pregnancy, the mum had created a strong social media presence and always updating her fans on her whereabouts.
Yet, in the nine months, Kylie dropped off the social media platforms only uploading a number of selfies which were closely cropped in on her face.
Coming back with a bang, the Kardashian sister dropped the bombshell she had given birth with an emotive video which sent her fans into a meltdown.
The youngest Kardashian kept a documentation of her pregnancy journey including snaps and videos to share with her admirers once Stormi was born.
In the end, Kylie managed to enjoy her pregnancy as she wished 'privately' with only a handful of close family and friends knowing about the arrival of Stormi.
Kim K's young sister has since snapped back into shape since the pregnancy and returned in full swing to social media.
