Pop icon Janet Jackson has confirmed some news her fans had been waiting for. After more than three decades in the music industry, Jackson will be inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

This recognition is especially sweet after she was blacklisted from the entertainment industry in 2004 following an unfortunate incident during the XXXVIII Super Bowl Halftime Show.
