They recently tied the knot in a lavish Moroccan wedding after more than two years of dating. And Idris Elba, 46, and his wife Sabrina Dhowre, 29, looked every inch the happy couple as they made their first public appearance since their nuptials in New York City on Sunday.

The couple were among the guests at the Ozwald Boateng Harlem Runway Show at The Apollo Theater.

Idris donned an eye-catching blue blazer for the event which he paired with matching trousers and a dark top.

Sporting a pair of shades, the actor completed his look with a pair of white trainers.

Sabrina looked in high spirits at the bash where she wore a flowing black dress and added height to her frame with a pair of heels.


Styling her locks into an updo, she accessorised with hooped earrings.
