Melanie, 55, died on Christmas Day exactly three years after her superstar brother.
Now the Daily Star Sunday reports she will be laid to rest next to George and their mother at Highgate Cemetery in north London.
The singer's grave does not have a headstone as the family were concerned about it turning into a shrine for fans.
There are still reportedly no plans to honour the singer with a marker.
A source told the publication: "George still doesn’t have a gravestone three years after his death, and it’s going to stay that way.
"Now that they will also have to visit the family plot to mourn Melanie, they don’t want to be wading through fans and their tributes just to pay respect to the growing number of their tragic loved ones.
