Tricycle rider, four passengers meet untimely death as truck crushes them to death

A truck has rammed into a commercial tricycle in Bayelsa State killing the driver and four passengers.

It was gathered that the incident, which occurred last night left the four occupants of the tricycle dead on the spot.

Sources described the incident as horrible saying the truck crushed different sensitive body parts of the victims

It was learnt that the incident happened along the busy Tombia-Amassoma road.


The driver reportedly lost control of the truck and rammed into the tricycle from behind causing the havoc.

The Bayelsa Sector Command, Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) confirmed the incident and said it occurred at the midnight.
