Fire guts Access Bank, Victoria Island branch [video]

A branch of Access Bank at Adetokunbo Ademola Street, Victoria Island, Lagos has been gutted by fire.

Part of the bank’s building was gutted by fire after a petrol tanker exploded near it.

The Federal Fire Service who have also confirmed the incident tweeted;

“Our men are on the ground, trying to combat the inferno. Thanks for notifying us.”

Breaking! Fire Razes Access Bank Office In Lagos Fire is currently razing a branch of Access Bank Nigeria, in Adetokunbo Ademola Street, Victoria Island, Lagos. However no casualties have been recorded as at the time of filing this report. Men of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) and fire fighters are already at the scene to put out the inferno. Details later…
