Carmelo Anthony got another woman pregnant prior to his split from his wife of seven years La La, it has been claimed. The basketball star, 32, is alleged to have slept with a dancer who works at a gentlemen's club in New York, who now says she is six and a half months pregnant.

It comes as it was revealed on Monday that Carmelo and his actress wife La La, 37, had gone their separate ways. It has also been claimed that Carmelo and La La's relationship has been on the rocks for a while, according to the site.

A source had told TMZ on Monday that the couple, who have 10-year-old son Kiyan, are now 'living separately'. 'La La moved out of the family home last week and has her own place in NYC now,' the source said.

The split was put down to Carmelo being stressed over the possibility of being traded by the New York Knicks.

The couple began dating in 2004 and got married in 2010.
