Kohan and Noxon did not have a prenuptial agreement at the time they exchanged vows, TMZ reported Tuesday. Noxon, via his lawyer has asked for spousal support, while Kohan's lawyer Laura Wasser has sought to deny the request.
The Emmy Award-winning writer and producer filed the divorce papers and Noxon, whose sister is Buffy the Vampire Slayer creator Marti Noxon, issued his response simultaneously, which the outlet reported is a signal that the split is an amicable one.
