The incredible result of Adele's lifestyle overhaul was well in evidence on Monday evening as the singer posted her first Instagram pictures in more than two months.

Taking to the picture messaging site, the 31-year old looked slimmer than ever as she posed for pictures at her Christmas party, alongside Santa Claus and The Grinch, after shedding an impressive three stone in recent months.

Channelling old school glamour for the festive bash, Adele slipped into a stunning satin black dress and wore her lighter locks in perfect curls, as she posed up a storm with the holiday favourites.

oking alongside her post, Adele wrote: 'We both tried to ruin Christmas but then both our hearts grew! Thank you for coming to my party and making us feel like kids, Grinch.'


She added: 'Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays everyone.'

Adele's fans were delighted to see the Instagram post, the singer's first in over two months, and flooded the comments sections by complimenting the mum-of-one on her new look.
